The search process includes a search strategy based on the position to be filled and the current state of the labour market.
Various search methods are deployed. We use social/professional media, specialist and occupational channels as well as the network we have built in our many years of recruiting experience. If we identify people who closely match the position profile, we contact them personally.
Incoming applications are pre-screened according to the defined evaluation criteria. With preliminary analysis and initial interviews, we identify professionally qualified candidates.
We present the client with multiple suitable applicants within eight weeks. We do not cancel mandates and have a proven 100% success rate. Our work comes with a guarantee. We offer binding contracts and predetermined fees.
