Anna Katharina Laederach

is a Managing Partner and a Member of the Board of Directors at Leaders Solutions AG. She mainly provides services to clients in relation to executive search, coaching, executive stewardship and strategic leadership alignment. Her focal points include industry, technology, digitalization, security, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical technology, the public sector, the service sector, energy and food. She speaks German, English and French, and works in the Zurich, Bern and Vienna offices.

Roger Huber, Dr. phil.

ist Partner und als promovierter Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologe verantwortlich für den Bereich Managementdiagnostik und -development bei der Leaders Solutions AG. Er verfügt über langjährige Erfahrung in Assessments, Coachings, Trainings- und Transformationsprojekten über alle Hierarchiestufen in verschiedenen Branchen. Mit seinem unternehmerischen und wissenschaftlichen Hintergrund verbindet er Theorie und Praxis im Thema Leadership treffsicher. Er arbeitet an den Standorten Zürich, Bern und Basel.

Claus H. Widrig

is a networker who maintains exceptional connections with decision-makers in the spheres of business, politics, diplomacy and higher administration. Doris Albisser

has been Chairman of the Board of Directors at Leaders Solutions AG since May 2017. Her leadership experience and distinctive people skills are coupled with linguistic fluency and an associated understanding of different cultures. She possesses a deep international network and extensive knowledge of the Asian market. Doris Albisser is a member of the Supervisory Board of Switzerland Global Enterprise and a member of the Board of the SOS Children's Villages (Switzerland) Foundation. She is Chairman of Evaluglobe.
